Hello All,

We started this Company "Crane Plus" with just one intention that is "Bring Unity in Our Crane Industry"

We are Working on our Part but there is so much to do. So here is one thing that started with a group discussion about :-

"Not Receiving Payments" from Clients and other Crane Companies.

     1. GST

     2. RTO Tax

     3. Crane Registration Problems

Were the Main Issues that came out in further discussion. So Mr. Mahajan Suggested if Minimum 100 Crane Owners can come together, we all jointly can try and find the best soutions.

"I need at least 100 serious  crane owners to fight with system and I'm sure we can sort out maximum of the problems our industry is facing. Organize crane owner get together in Mumbai or in Delhi or any where we should discuss the problems and take proper action together. Let this fight be our fight not my fight" he added.

So We(We means all the interested Crane Owners Jointly) are arranging a Mega Meet in Mumbai on 24th september 2017 of all the Crane Owners from India.

Main agenda of this meeting will be problems faced by crane owners regarding Payments and Tax issues.

We have Received Following Suggesions till now with 56 Response :-

1. There should be no GST on resale of crane
 
2. Need to start Rating Clients.
     A = Fair Terms and Conditions & Timely Payment
     B = 2-3 Months Delay
     C = 3-6 Months Delay
     D = 6- 12 Months Delay
     F = 12 Months + or Defaulter
 
3. Ban the defaulting crane owner till he releases payment.
 
4. Make a default party list and no one crane owner will give him crane.
 
5. Discussions
 
6. GST has to be abolished.. Cooperation between Crane Owners is much more essential.

9. I think As we crane owners are similar to transporters or more powerful, as transporter can go to strike, why can't we do the same, all major projects will be in hold, government will not bear this. This not an easy step, but is possible. As we don't get work some time for our machines, our machines stays ideal, think about that time period. Can't we go on strike for some days and bear some loss for better future.
 
10. Primarily notify the members that what all issues/problems will be discussed. Otherwise we would be ending up with nothing.
Payment not received a party for month then tax liability is service provider is rough
Please make a strong network so each and every person can have a beware from association and stop doing work at low rate
24 hours work is not fit for the machines.
 
11. Make a system for payment
 
12. We should form a committee who will take care for all these related issues and if required will Travel to Different states to Solve these Problems Immediately.
 
13. Meeting should be conducted in professional manner
 
We will try and consider all the suggesion in the Meet.
 
As a Specilized platform for Cranes/Boomlift/Forklift we will be a Communication Channel in whole process.
