Truck Cranes Services Co. will sell its entire fleet, disposing more than 1,000 assets at a Ritchie Bros. auction on Dec. 5 in Eagan, Minn. The auction will be the largest single-owner crane auction of the year for Ritchie Bros., and it will feature cranes, transport trucks, trailers, accessories, and miscellaneous parts. All equipment will be sold without minimum bids or reserve prices.
Established in 1940, Truck Crane Services has worked on a number of major projects in the Midwest, including the steel erection and precast work on the U.S. Bank Stadium, home of the Minnesota Vikings.
“To be in business for more than 75 years, you must have an impeccable fleet — I believe our maintenance program and attention to detail is second to none,” said Tony Phillippi, owner of Phillippi Equipment Company, which has owned Truck Crane Services as a subsidiary since 1975.
