BARKAT HIRING COMPANY have recently successfully executed several heavy lift jobs for INOX Air Products at their 200tpd Liquid Oxygen Plant in Chakan near Pune.
The heaviest and most critical lift done was the “COLD BOX (S210)” weighing 165MT. The total loadconsidering the lifting tackles was 198.5MT.
The dimensional details of the cold box is as follows:
Height : 47.50 mtrs
Width : 3.90 mtrs
Depth : 4.90 mtrs
BARKAT HIRING COMPANY had deployed their State Of the Art 650MT capacity Sany make SCC6500A crawler crane with complete super lift attachment for lifting and 300MT Demag CC2000crawler crane for tailing.
The complete lifting tool and tackles consisting of 2 units of specialized lifting beams of 210MT capacity and 170MT capacity, D ’shackle of 150t capacity, slings etc and the complete detailed lift engineering was done by BARKAT HIRING COMPANY.
BARKAT HIRING COMPANY had deployed their experienced engineers and crew for overseeing the entire heavy lift operations.
BARKAT HIRING COMPANY had also done a unique lift in Pune for Pune Municipal Corporation by erecting a THE TALLEST FLAG POLE IN THE COUNTRY having a height of 107 mtrs.
This lift entitled using 3 tyre mounted telescopic boom cranes in TANDEM LIFTING. The cranes used were 500MT Liebherr LTM1500, 250MT Demag AC200-1 & 100MT Demag AC100.
