French crane and aerial lift rental group Foselev has taken delivery of a new 250 tonne five axle Demag AC250-5 and a 160 tonne AC160-5 which join the three recently delivered 100 tonne four axle AC100-4Ls.
The AC250 features a 70 metre main boom and comes with a 21 metre bi-fold swingaway extension, along with the IC-1 Plus control system, which provides an optimum capacity for the actual outrigger configuration and slew point selected. It will operate from the company’s location in Villeparisis on the east side of Paris, while the five axle AC160-5 will be based in Bordeaux. Two of the AC100s will work out of the Foselev/FAL depot in Louvres to the north of Paris and the third from Troyes, eastern France.
Established in 1970, in Fos sur Mer, the Foseley group has 1,850 employees, working from 72 locations in France, French West Indies and Africa, providing crane rental through its Foselev, FAL and Moreau operations, platform rental though its NASA subsidiary, along with haulage, industrial maintenance, industrial piping, environmental and industrial cleansing and modular construction.
